CBI has been admitted to the Regulatory Sandbox established by the MEF and managed in coordination with the Bank of Italy, Consob and MEF, with the CBI Safe Trade Service.

The solution presented by CBI aims to mitigate the risk arising from the fraudulent use of invoices for the disbursement of credit to the detriment of Intermediaries, in addition to increasing stability and efficiency of the financial sector.

  • the database will be fed by participating Intermediaries, indicating the relevant invoice for each advance, the status of the advance and the amount.
  • The database can also be fed through external systems connection in order to retrieve additional information pertaining to invoices under verification.
