Bylaws
The basic rules governing the CBI S.c.p.A. are contained in the Bylaws.
The Bylaws were drafted according to an evolutionary approach, with reference to existing and future UE legislation. This is proved by the fact that non-banking operators can also join the CBI S.c.p.a., provided that they are authorized to operate in the payment services area in Italy and in EU.
