The disciplinary articles have been drafted according to an evolutionary trend, consistent with the EU legal framework (both with the already issued legislation and with the forthcoming one), inclusive of the Payment Services Directive.

Proof of this consistency with the EU legal framework is the fact that even non-banks are allowed to join the Consortium.
