The WG on
Governance has the main task to define the rules for managing the right
implementation of the standards defined by the Service (e.g., rules of conduct, guaranteed levels of
Service, etc.) and the consequent processes. Under the umbrella of the WG on
Governance are included also the following subprocesses:
- monitoring the status of the
operations conveyed over the CBI network. This area is aimed at
streamlining the relative processes, inserting automatisms as and if they
are possible and actually implementable (clearly taking charge of them);
- "performance management", i.e.
the analysis of the performance of every Body adherent to the New CBI
Architecture and of its consistency with the level of service to be
guaranteed to the Client. This process includes possible sanctions for the
infringement of the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
