The Coordinated Text of CBI Legal Framework contains the Regulation of CBI Trade Marks, with the related graphic characteristics, the Rules of the CBI Service as well as the services provided by CBI.
Practically speaking, the Coordinated Text regulates from a wide perspective interbank relations - i.e., relations among banks, payment institutions, technical bodies, clients - within the scope of the CBI Consortium.
Not only the Consortium members and the technical bodies registered in the related list (ESTEC - List of CBI Technical Bodies) have to abide by the Coordinated Text, but also all those who interact with them, in the fields specified by the abovementioned Coordinated Text.
