Technical secretariat

Coordinated by the Head of the Technical Secretariat of the CBI Consortium, it has the following tasks:

implement the decisions of the board;
assist the President in supervising the Consortium;
analyse problems connected to the planning, implementation and development of the Association's initiative, preparing analysis reports and operational proposals;
prepare the necessary documents for the summoning of Working Group and Board meetings;
draw-up Working Groups and Board' meeting records;
coordinate Working groups' activities.

Development of cross border CBI services and CBI Observatory - he defines the CBI services on an international level, based on market trends and on the progress of SEPA; he manages the development of the undergoing start-up phase of the CBI observatory. He coordinates the Business Cross Border Working Group.
